AIHW MyHospitals - emergency department (ED) presentations and the percentage of patients who commenced treatment within the triage-category recommended time, broken down by: - Australasian Triage Scale category (Resuscitation, Emergency, Urgent, Semi-Urgent, Non-Urgent) - reporting unit: per-hospital (`reporting_unit_type=H`, with `hospital_code` like 'H0021' = Royal Prince Alfred) where AIHW reports it, with state-level rollups (`reporting_unit_type=S`, e.g. 'NSW', 'VIC') also included - financial year (`reporting_start_date` to `reporting_end_date`) Triage-time targets (minutes the patient should commence treatment within): Resuscitation immediately (2 min), Emergency 10 min, Urgent 30 min, Semi-Urgent 60 min, Non-Urgent 120 min. The "percentage within recommended time" measure is the proportion of presentations in each triage band that met that target. Source: AIHW MyHospitals API (v1) - the canonical machine-readable feed for hospital performance data. Period coverage extends from 2011-12 to the most recent published financial year.
