Full description
Per-employer workforce composition from the WGEA Public Data File. One row per (employer × ANZSIC × manager_category × occupation × employment_status × employment_type × gender) with the headcount in `n_employees`. The fastest answer to "what's the gender breakdown at <employer>?", "how many women senior managers does this company employ?", or "which industries have the most women CEOs?". ~210k rows in the 2024-25 release covering ~9,600 distinct employers (all private-sector + Commonwealth public-sector employers with 100+ employees). Notes: - Filter `employer_name` is permissive and fuzzy-matched via rapidfuzz. - The headline pay-gap % published in WGEA's Data Explorer is NOT in this file - WGEA aggregates remuneration data before public release. Use this dataset for workforce composition; use WGEA's Data Explorer for the headline pay-gap percentage.
