Per-employer workforce movement statistics: promotions, internal appointments, resignations, and dismissals broken down by gender and manager category. One row per (employer × movement_type × manager_category × manager_type × employment_status × employment_type × gender) with the count in `n_employees`. Answers questions like "how many women got promoted to manager at <employer> in 2024-25?", "which industries promote the fewest women?", or "what's the gender split on resignations vs promotions at this company?". ~235k rows in the 2024-25 release.
